MYDS GROWTH / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated · 24 October 2026

This policy explains how MYDS Growth handles business partner applications and contact enquiries. It covers this B2B website; any separate consumer service needs its own information-handling notice.

1. About MYDS Growth

Flynn Declan Chambers trades as MYDS Growth, ABN 15 595 502 443, in Queensland, Australia. We connect Australian businesses with prospective customers. Our contact for privacy enquiries is sales@mydsgrowth.com.

2. How form submissions work

The forms use a server-side submission workflow and show their current availability. An unavailable or failed submission must not be treated as received.

When collection is enabled, valid partner applications and contact messages are saved with a reference, receipt time and consent version before a receipt is shown. A notification is sent to our sales mailbox. Notification failure does not delete an accepted enquiry; it remains queued for retry. A receipt confirms storage, rather than a partnership or guaranteed email delivery.

Unsaved form values remain in the page’s memory rather than local storage or session storage. Reloading or closing the page clears those unsaved values. Hosting providers may separately maintain technical and security logs.

3. Information intended for live enquiries

The forms request your name, business name, email, phone number, main industry, requested lead types, service areas, preferred work, timing, typical project value, postcode, enquiry capacity and any requirements you choose to provide. Contact enquiries also request an enquiry type and message. Required fields are identified. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

4. Use, service providers and overseas processing

We use enquiry information to assess suitability, respond and manage an agreed relationship. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Supabase stores enquiries, with the primary database located in Singapore. Resend handles transactional notifications, with its configured sending region in Tokyo, Japan. Google Workspace operates our sales mailbox.

These providers operate international infrastructure and may use subprocessors to deliver their services. Information may be handled outside Australia, including in Singapore and Japan. Primary database and sending locations do not establish where every backup, security log, support activity or provider operation occurs. Contact us if you need more information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry; we will seek the available details from our providers.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law. The enquiry consent authorises contact about your enquiry; it does not authorise sale of your application details or sharing a consumer’s information for lead generation.

5. Marketing and optional tracking

No optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing integrations are installed in this version. An enquiry consent checkbox is not a separate subscription to unrelated marketing. Any future optional tracking or marketing must have appropriate notices and choices.

6. Security and retention

The workflow uses server-side validation, access restrictions, signed form checks, a honeypot and rate limits. A client IP is used to derive a keyed rate-limit identifier; raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry table. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned up during later checks. Infrastructure providers may process IPs separately. No system can promise absolute security.

Our approved retention period for enquiries that do not result in a partnership is 12 months after the last contact, unless we are legally required to retain the information longer. Records needed to manage an active partnership or meet applicable legal requirements are kept for those purposes and reviewed when they are no longer needed. We do not treat a new enquiry as an agreement to retain unrelated information indefinitely.

Deletion is a manual process covering enquiry records and notification copies under our control; no automatic 12-month deletion timer is running. Provider backup, log and retention arrangements may limit immediate removal of copies. Previously approved deletions must be reapplied if a backup is restored. You can contact us about deletion or a specific retention concern.

7. Access, correction and complaints

To request access or correction, withdraw applicable enquiry consent or make a privacy complaint, email sales@mydsgrowth.com. Include enough information to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive details. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making changes. Requests remain subject to applicable law and any information we must retain.

We will review a complaint, seek any information needed to investigate it and respond using your supplied contact details. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason where permitted and discuss the available next steps. Information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (opens in a new tab).

8. Contact and updates

Privacy enquiries can be emailed directly to sales@mydsgrowth.com, including while online forms are unavailable. Our Contact page also provides current enquiry options. Material changes to information handling should be reflected in the published policy.
